The Data Cafe transcription service offers a flat rate pricing to make it easier for you to know exactly how much your project will cost up front.

We offer two different rates for these services, based on each recorded minute of audio.

Type 1 Audio is a professional quality recording of a one-on-one interview, lecture, speech or seminar with one speaker recorded in a digital format. It is quality audio with no background noise, individual microphones and no heavy accents.

Type 2 Audio is three or more speakers. It is audio with significant background noise, audio where voices are difficult to understand, and interviewees or speakers with heavy accents.
